How it works

1. Contact me with whichever method you prefer, and provide the details about what is wrong with your device.
2. I will give you an estimate. If it’s something common and straightforward like a damaged HDMI port, it will be a fixed fee except in the rare cases where there are traces ripped off the circuit board or there was more than one problem to begin with.
3. We meet at a public place near Sinclairville, NY, where you will fill out a release form and hand over your broken device.
4. I will contact you after diagnosis or if there is another issue that will change the cost, and when your device is ready for pickup.
5. We meet again and you pay for the work.

6. If you have any issues or simply want to share the joy that your device which was broken has been fixed, feel free to contact me again.
